Buildings differ in what's installed, so there's no price list. After a 30-minute call you get a written quote: a monthly fee, a one-off setup and a clear term.
We look at your building with you: what's installed, what it speaks, and what you want to see and change.
A monthly fee, a one-off setup and a clear term, for the plan that fits. Nothing is due until you agree.
We or your installer fit the Edge or a panel next to your controllers, and your building appears in the app.
For building owners and facility teams, per building. Installers and service partners resell these plans at a partner discount.

The Control plan on one of your buildings, with an engineer beside you the whole way. Then you decide.
Week 1
The Edge and a wall panel go in, and every signal is set up for your controller.
Weeks 2–11
With an engineer: what works for your site and controller, and what to change.
Week 12
Keep going on a plan, or stop. Either way, no surprises.

If you go ahead within 30 days, the pilot is credited against setup.

The hardware is yours to keep: it's paid for in the pilot fee.
Controllers that speak Modbus TCP or BACnet/IP over Ethernet, and Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP over RS‑485, straight into the Edge or the Panel. Any brand. The compatibility page has the details and a quick check.
No. OmniQu connects to the controller you already have, over Modbus or BACnet, on Ethernet or RS‑485. Your controller keeps running its own logic.
An Ethernet or RS‑485 connection to the controllers, power for the Edge or a place for the Panel, and an internet connection that allows outgoing connections. No inbound ports. The full checklist is on the compatibility page.
A point is one signal we read from your controller, such as a temperature, a fan speed or an alarm. Monitor includes up to 150 points per building, Control and Portfolio up to 500. More points can be added in blocks of 100.
Setup covers the OmniQu Edge and commissioning your building: defining every signal and agreeing the limits for anything that can be changed remotely. Control also includes a wall panel. Your quote confirms connectivity, travel and anything specific to your site.
Portfolio is for 10 or more buildings. It adds a fleet map and a shared alarm inbox across all of them, and it's priced for the whole portfolio, not building by building.
Yes, in every plan. Alarms reach the right person with the history that shows the cause, and in the review we agree which alarms matter for your building.
Integrators and service companies buy OmniQu at a discount, sell it under their own service, and keep 100% of their commissioning revenue. Your customers keep ownership of their sites; you work under their mandate.
