The problem
Air handling units, heat pumps and ventilation in most mid-size buildings run on controllers nobody can see from outside. Faults are found by the people in the building, every small change means a drive, and a full building-management system costs too much to retrofit.
What we built
The missing piece: one box that connects to the controllers already there, a panel and an app for the people who run them, and one cloud for every site. Only the changes people have permitted ever get through.
